I'm Deborah, APRN, PhD, ABAAHP
Deborah Adell is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 30 years of experience in primary care. She earned her doctoral degree (PhD) in Human Development and Health Promotion, bringing a unique understanding of both the science of health and the psychology of behavior change to her clinical and academic work.
Dr. Adell is a Diplomate of and nationally certified by the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), reflecting her expertise in advanced approaches to hormone health, longevity, and wellness.
In higher education, Dr. Adell has served as a faculty member and administrator for more than three decades. For the past 10 years, she has been a Professor and former Department Chair at Purdue University Global. She has also held academic leadership roles at the University of South Florida, the University of Texas, Houston, and DeSales University. She has contributed significantly to advancing nurse practitioner education worldwide, including developing pharmacology education for the first advanced practice nurse program in Saudi Arabia and undergraduate education in Rwanda.
A sought-after national and international speaker and published author, Dr. Adell presents on a wide range of women's health topics, including hormone replacement therapy, thyroid disorders, and clinical pharmacology. Her career reflects a lifelong commitment to patient-centered care, professional education, and empowering individuals to optimize their health.
